This course provides participants with a theoretical and a practical familiarity with the basic methodologies used to:

predict the hydrologic response of various types of aquifers to imposed stresses such as those produced by pumping or injection wells, and
determine aquifer and aquitard properties, including those of fractured rock formations, through carefully controlled aquifer testing.
