EPOC Evening Meeting: Proposed Revisions to LEP Regulations

The CT DEP is proposing various amendments to the regulations regarding the State Board of Examiners of Environmental Professionals in response to Public Acts 06-76 and 07-81. In addition, several technical revisions are also proposed. The DEP expects the amendments to be ready for public notice and comment in the near future.
Denise Ruzicka, Chair, LEP Board, will discuss the revisions being proposed and also give an overview of the duties of the LEP Board, including their role in the LEP disciplinary action process.
