• providing members with courses in preparation for the LEP examination and for continuing education credits
• maintaining liaisons with the State Board of Examiners and the Connecticut DEP to keep apprised of their activities, including development and implementation of regulations regarding licensing
• providing comment/testimony in the interest of LEPs
• assisting in revising/updating guidance documents as practice experience warrants
• serving as a clearinghouse for tools and information useful to LEPs, such as guidance documents, standards, technical protocols, research articles, etc., and,
• keeping members apprised of any changes or clarifications to LEPs' responsibilities.
