Introduction to the RBCRs

DEEP staff will present a review of the Release-Based Cleanup Regulations (RBCRs) which become effective on March 1, 2026. This program is available for CT CECs by registering with EPOC and obtaining zoom link from DEEP. For those who do not need credits, you can just register with DEEP to obtain the Zoom link.

Continuing Education Credits:

This is the first time this course is being offered for CT LEP credits. The CT State Board of Examiners of Environmental Professionals (LEP Board) has approved this course/webinar for 4.0 hours of continuing education credits - CECs (CTLEP-636 W).

EPOC is the course provider for this program and will be issuing the CEC forms and mainting attendance records per LEP regulations. DEEP will be hosting the Zoom webinar. In order to receive CT CECs, you must register with EPOC AND with DEEP to obtain the Zoom link. EPOC will be charging a nominal fee to cover our administrative expenses with the program. There is no fee to attend the program if you do not need CT CECs.

• If you wish to obtain CT CECs for this program, you must also register on our event page. There is a fee to obtain CECs which is $40 for EPOC members, $100 for non members.
• Note: To obtain CT CECs, you must view the zoom program using your own login information. You cannot share your zoom link or watch program in a group setting to be issued the CEC form.
